Our ethos as a company is to work with small family owned companies (like ours) whenever possible. This wine list reflects that ethos and features wine exclusively sourced from family owned wineries and select co-operatives made up of growers so small.
Bistro Sablé has arrived at The Princess of Shoreditch
Following the success of our original Bistro Sablé in Islington, our upstairs dining room is now
home to Bistro Sablé for a residency until the end of the year, serving classic French cooking
inspired by the Parisian bistro. Reservations are now open.
