We’re excited to announce that Bistro Sablé has arrived at The Princess of Shoreditch. The first floor is now home to our second Bistro Sablé, for a residency running until the end of the year.

Following the success of our original Bistro Sablé in Islington, we’ve brought our classic French bistro cooking to Shoreditch, with a menu inspired by the timeless dining rooms and neighbourhood bistros of Paris.

The 32 seat restaurant is accessed via its own dedicated entrance, with The Princess of Shoreditch’s signature spiral staircase leading you upstairs to Bistro Sablé.

The menu features French classics such as Langoustine Roties au Citron, Jambon Persille and Rotisserie Chicken, Vin Jaune & Girolles.

A super flexible French wine list means 95% of options will be available in small 75ml servings or 125ml, 375ml carafe & bottle, so there is every reason to be adventurous.

The dining room features oversized posters sourced from flea markets in Paris, with warm lighting and understated details creating an atmosphere that feels intimate, relaxed and unmistakably bistro.

Downstairs, The Princess of Shoreditch remains very much itself, with a new Bistro Sablé inspired blackboard menu featuring Black Pudding Scotch Egg, Colchester Oysters and a variety of freshly made Baguettes, perfect for a light bite alongside a drink or a more casual meal.
